We've got your back! We have preselected fabrics, linings, and zippers we know will coordinate making you feel totally confident in expressing your creative opinion. Determine what role your bag will serve you in (everyday, travel, work, baby, etc.), then pick what design elements bring you joy! If you are designing your own piece, once you’ve selected your outside fabric, the lining fabrics will sort based on what is pre-selected as ‘suggested’ lining and zipper colors to help guide your designing!
Still stumped? We can help! Email Kris, our design guru. She has fabric, leather and zipper swatches and can send photos of your combination ideas to help guide you!

While it is an investment, these bags are extremely high quality and guaranteed for the lifetime of the product. Each bag is handmade in the USA by individual seamstresses, not mass produced in a factory. Timeless design elements guarantee you a more seasonless look that will last for each season of life. If you’re not in love with a purse or accessory that we have ready to ship, you can customize it and design your own to express your unique self!

In addition to a portion of sales from select products benefiting Cancer Survivors, Veterans Programs, and Suicide Prevention, we prefer to donate to causes impacting our customers in their local communities. We have two email lists that you should DEFINITELY be on! Our RSD email list receives weekly emails with updates, product launch information, and encouragement straight to your inbox!
If you’re looking to be in-the-know and receive special offers, make sure you also sign up for our VIP Email List. Enter your birthday to receive a special code sent out during your birthday month!
You can also check the Events page to see if/when we’ll be in your area, and make sure to join the event on Facebook and let your friends know you’ll be attending!!
Go to a recent VIP email and at the bottom choose the ‘update your preferences’ link. You’ll be redirected to a screen where you can update your contact information, making sure to also add your birthday!
If you're not already on the VIP email, yes, we send out birthday codes! ;)
When you go to our Contact Form and choose from the dropdown on the Subject Line, we'll prompt you who to contact or what information we need to help with your request. If you don't see your question, just pick 'Other' and we'll do our best to direct your question or comment to the correct person!
If you order a Ready to Ship product, your order will ship within 3-5 business days.
If you order a Design Your Own product, you can expect to receive your handsewn, customized item within 4-5 weeks. You will receive an email when the shipping label has been generated and another email when it has been delivered.
Rebekah Scott Designs cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date due to delays from mail carriers. Your tracking information will be in your shipping email and the postal carrier can be contacted directly with any delivery-specific questions.
We mostly ship to North America, but love it when we have global packages go out!
At RSD, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If you aren't in love with your item, we will exchange any product that is unused and in new condition.
We do not offer monetary refunds for returns and exchanges. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team at email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your item to start this process. After authorization, you can ship the item back to us and once received, we will email you a digital gift card (minus the original shipping & handling) so you can shop for something else!
Due to the custom nature of Design Your Own items, returns and exchanges are at the discretion of our Customer Service Team. If we feel the item will be difficult for us to resell, authorization for a return or exchange may not be given.
Please note: all Last Chance and Honor Collection sales are final.
While we choose the best materials available to make our products as durable as possible, our purses and accessories will wear out, especially with how much they get used and how well they are cared for.
If there is an issue with materials (like zippers and hardware) or workmanship (like stitching and seams), we will happily repair them free of charge within 2 years of purchase.
Faded/frayed fabric or cracking faux leather are a result of normal wear and tear and are not eligible for free repair or replacement. Thanks for your understanding!
