The RSD Guarantee

At RSD, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If you aren't in love with your item, we will exchange any product that is unused and in new condition.

We do not offer monetary refunds for returns and exchanges. Please reach out to our Customer Service team at customercare@shoprsd.com within 10 days of receiving your item to start this process. After authorization, you can ship the item back to us and once received, we will email you a digital gift card so you can shop for something else! 

Due to the custom nature of Design Your Own items, returns and exchanges are at the discretion of our Customer Service Team. If we feel the item will be difficult for us to resell, authorization for a return or exchange may not be given.
