This set comes with one small and one large pack that is filled with rice. The covers are made in select RSD Lining fabrics and can be removed for washing.

Heat in the microwave for 30 second increments (up to 90 seconds maximum) with a glass of water to prevent scorching and to provide moist heat to soothe sore muscles. Also great for warming you up on a cold day!
Cool in the fridge or freezer to soothe sore muscles or boo boos, or to cool you down on a hot day!
